Payment
We accept payment with Visa, MasterCard and Maestro.
By using PayPal you are not protected by the objection system.
We do not charge credit card fees, regardless of the chosen payment option. The amount will not be charged until the goods have been shipped.
If you have ordered several goods and some of them are in backorder, the payment for these goods will be charged on the date of the shipment.
You will receive your invoice by e-mail.
Shipping and Prices
The freight costs will be added to the total amount of your order – see freight costs below.
To see the exact price, please go to your basket and choose your country.
*We currently do not ship to Greenland and Faroe islands
All orders are fulfilled at our warehouse in Denmark within 2-4 business days. All customers paying by credit card, will, however, be subject to validation controls and Piffany Copenhagen reserves the right to delay an order if we consider further security control to be necessary.
When your order is shipped, we will e-mail you the tracking number of the package.

Free shipping does not apply.
Shipping of our furniture collection will be calculated separately by Piffany Copenhagen. We will contact you.
In case of customs bills in countries outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for the payment.
Large quantity orders
By ordering a large volume/quantity order our freight prices may only be recommended. When you have placed the order we will calculate the price. If the freight price exceeds the standard pricing we will contact you before shipping your order.
Please note that longer shipping time may occur. You will be able to cancel your order at this stage.

Right of Cancellation
You have 14 days right of cancellation when shopping on ektaliving.com, running from the date of delivery.
The cancellation right for goods on sale is also 14 days.
The right of cancellation applies if the entire purchase is returned. We also offer the possibility for you to return your purchase partially. If you make a partial cancellation, the freight charges will not be refunded, but otherwise, the procedure and terms are the same as when you cancel the entire order.
If you want to cancel your order, please follow the instructions stated below:
- Within the 14 days right of cancellation, please inform us at info@piffany.eu that you want to cancel your order/ part of your order at +46 7066 6670.
You cannot use your right of cancellation by refusing to accept the goods at delivery, or by omitting to collect it, without letting us know that you wish to use your right of cancellation.
- Please enclose a print of the order confirmation email and mark the item(s) that you wish to return in the return package. All goods must be returned in the original packaging.
- Within the right of the cancellation period, you must send or deliver the goods to:

Please note that the goods cannot be sent COD or without distribution. Returns can only be received during regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00). Deliveries made outside of business hours will not be accepted.
Upon return, you are responsible for wrapping the goods securely. You hold the risk of the goods as of delivery. You are responsible for the arrival of the package at our office. We recommend using track and trace.
Our furniture collection cannot be sent by regular mail and will instead have to be returned via a special carrier.
Refund
We refund all payments from you when you use the right of cancellation for the entire purchase. This includes any standard freight charges, except the return costs.
By partial cancellation, we don’t refund the freight charges.
We will refund your payment after receiving the goods you have returned, without charging you any fees as a consequence of the reimbursement.

Claims
If you purchase goods that have a defect the Danish Sale of Goods Act applies.
Please check your goods when you receive them. If you have received a damaged or wrong item please send us an email at info@piffany.eu including pictures and a detailed description.
You have two years warranty, which means that if the item you purchased has any flaws or differs from the description at the time of purchase, you can file a complaint with us.
If we accept the claim you can either get the product repaired, exchanged, receive your money back, or have a reduction of the price, depending on the specific situation.
It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified, and that the defect is not due to incorrect use of the product or other tortious behaviours.
Please note that our products are made of natural materials, such as wood and leather, and traces of this will occur.
You must notify us within “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect of the product. If you notify us within two months after the defect has been found, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will defray the shipping costs.
The product must be sent back in proper packaging. You hold the risk of the goods as of delivery. You are responsible for the arrival of the package at our office. We recommend using track and trace so that you may follow the shipment.
